Pro Motorcycle Salvage Conditions of Sale.

If on receipt of your parcel, you find the goods inside to be damaged, faulty or incorrect; you must contact our Postal Department immediately by telephone. You will be then asked to return the goods with a written explanation and a copy of the invoice as soon as possible.

Entitlement to any exchange or refund will be established when the goods have been inspected by our Postal Staff.

Unless we are contacted by yourselves within 7 days of receipt of the goods we will assume that all the goods have been inspected and therefore accepted.

The Company will not discuss any exchange or refund after this period.

Any goods returned which are not faulty or as described will be subject to a 20% handling charge. Post is non-refundable.

No refunds on electrical goods. A credit note to the value will be issued.

Postal Department closed Saturday.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
